Thank you for choosing Sew Ever Yours. Every keepsake is handcrafted with care using your cherished clothing and fabrics. All items are individually handcrafted and are one of a kind. Because every garment is unique, no two keepsakes will ever be exactly alike.

Please review the following terms and conditions before placing your order. 

Customers are responsible for providing clean, smoke-free clothing whenever possible. Please inspect garments for personal belongings before shipping or delivering them. 

If garments arrive with heavy odors, excessive pet hair, mold, or other conditions that prevent safe handling, Sew Ever Yours reserves the right to decline the order or charge an additional cleaning fee. 

Many memory items are created from older or well-loved clothing. While every effort is made to preserve and incorporate as much of each garment as possible, worn, delicate, stained, or damaged fabrics may require stabilization, reinforcement or design modifications. 

Beads, pearls, sequins are not recommended. 

Special features such as pockets, buttons, embroidery, logos, appliqués, collars, lace or meaningful details will be incorporated whenever possible. Exact placement cannot be guaranteed and is determined by the construction of the keepsake.  

A 25% non-refundable deposit is required before work begins. Materials are reserved and your place in the production schedule is secured once the deposit is received. 

The remaining balance is due before your completed keepsake is shipped or picked up. 

Typical turnaround time is approximately 4-8 weeks, depending on seasonal demand and complexity of your order. 

Once production has begun, changes may not be possible. 

Orders canceled after work has started will forfeit the deposit. 

Unless otherwise requested, unused fabric pieces will be returned with your completed keepsake. Small scraps created during construction may not be recoverable. 

Customers are responsible for shipping garments to Sew Ever Yours. Return shipping charges will be added to final invoice unless otherwise stated. 

Sew Ever Yours is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during shipping. 

Sew Ever Yours may photograph completed keepsakes for its portfolio, website, ands social media unless the customer requests otherwise in writing before the order is completed. 

Your Satisfaction is important. If there is a concern with workmanship, please contact Sew Ever Yours within 7 days (by email to kim@seweveryours.com) of receiving your order so we can work toward a fair resolution.
